 
The annual program includes:
- Medical exam and follow-up by Dr Ducasse
- Opportunity of adding members of your family to the program
- Access to medical care for 300 members and their family
- Access to medical consultations within 48hrs for emergency
- Access to telephone consultations on fridays (get appointment with DocteurDirect.com)
Cost: 1,200$/year for the membership owner and 450$ for each family members
The following costs are included in the VIP Program:
- Access DocteurDirect.com allows you to take an appointment online at any time with Dre Ducasse. You will see all her availability.
- Insurance form to be filled out
ie. SAAQ, work-insurance, vacation camp, etc
- The renewal of prescriptions and medical requests are done without any additional costs.
- Follow ups by phone for your results are without any additional costs.
- Annual flu shot
The following costs are NOT included in the VIP Program:
- Costs of the Pap Test in solution. (About 200$, refundable by most insurance companies).
- Musculo-skeletal ultrasound.
- Injectable products.
- The additional consultations with the other specialists of the clinic.
- The esthetic medicine.
NOTE: The patients are responsible for verifying what services are reimbursable by their insurance company. Centre Multi-Médic releases itself from all such responsibility. Centre Multi-Médic is a completely private medical clinic. No medical act is reimbursed by the RAMQ. The patients must cover the fees related to subsequent medical consultations.
